If the product is an unwanted item or is unsuitable for use, the product must be returned to Swegway Hut at the customers expense.
Refunds or exchange of the product will be depended and subject to the condition of the product before returned to us. Product that’s are unused and in the original packaging can be given a full refund, used products may not due it will not be able to be resold as a new product. The customer is responsible for the return of the item.
All products and goods retuned to Swegway Hut in the condition they were dispatched in will be eligible for a full refund.
